Lol the only way to get red of this is to eneter its core.which that is face the fear and realizing it isnt as bad as your mind has recorded. lol its gonna be miserable lol and very very scary like your eart will pound out of your chest like for me my heart races my mind rushes and i feel needlesall over my body i sweat i puke alot.bt once ou get threw your first few minutes of hell i garantee you,you will feel better once your done.you have to face the fact that nothing bad can happen to you really.lol this is really the stongest solution to solving this problem,i mean you can cover it up with medication and therapy,but honestly the best medication is for you to feel pain lol.i have a problem vmiting.everytime i see people or am in a public place i get so nervous i get stomach cramps and everything else my fear would be emberrassment im afriad of vomiting in public.I also cannot eat in public as well.so in order to get rid of this i need to be comfortable outside which that would be throwing up infront of people,thats the only way out of this.when your geting a panic attack first just admit your panicking and no matter how horrible you are feeling it is not going to kill you cause yeah its just panic lol.educate yourself on this too so you understad the causes the symptoms of anxiety and all that.I also have something that makes me comfortable.i carry my bookbagg with me carrying me lots and lots of brown paper bags i can puke on lol.So wheneer i feel a panic coming i attack it by saing ok well i have my bag here ready plenty of ags to puke in,no ones opinion matters but my own " the fear will then reduce.just tink about this lol....what is the worst thing hat can happen to you,like write themm all down.your gonna have racing heart rates feeling nausous prolly,feeling like your onna faint,but really,who cares. good luck. |
