I think so. I have a really good friend who gets panic attacks, and she told me that when it happens, she feels really hot and it's hard to breathe. Also, I've felt that flutter thing, too. I started freaking out about it and felt a cold flash, and my mom told me I was having a panic attack. I can tell you that the flutter thing is not your heart, although I know it feels like it is. It's like your esophagus or something. Anyways, I think you should talk to your doctor about it and get a professional opinion. |
