Having an attack at a place without cubicles, everyone can see me breathing in hard....its too hard now to get up go tot he bathroom, feeling dizzy, hands tingle. Should I tell anyone? Anxiety attacks are no joke. of course you should talk to someone at work and at home and call your doctor,NOW! Your doctor can give you something to get you through this tough time. Why do you insist on suffering in silence. In the mean time, find some where quiet and take slow deep breaths for a few minutes. This will slow down tour respiration and slow your heart beat.Don't wait, call your doctor!
